Single Malt Glenmorangie Finealta Whiskey, Private Edition Liquor Whisky

Glenmorangie’s second Private Edition is the renowned Finealta that has created massive interest worldwide due to its unique usage of lightly peated barley for a Speyside single malt.

The makers decided to recreate an old recipe from 1903 and the Finealta (which means “Elegant” in Gaelic) was born, thus providing single malt aficionados the opportunity of savouring an expression from a bygone era.

Matured in a combination of American White Oak and Spanish Oloronso Sherry casks that gives a unique and distinctive sweetness of vanilla, citrus notes and continual layers of rich fruit with a slight peatiness that explodes the senses hence its continual price increment due to its unavailability. And to top it off, it is a non-chilled filtered expression bottled at 46.0%.

This is a non-existent Limited-Edition Expression bottled many years ago.

Hence, a certain amount of the liquid may have given itself up as the "Angels Share," and the cork for such old expressions has the propensity to break which is very normal due to this phenomenon. Thus, the drinker must practice due diligence when opening this liquid gold bottle.

Take note that these expressions are sold in "as is" condition due to their age.
