All orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Shipping charges (if any) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If shipping and delivery charges are not free, we offer $ 3.00, S$ 10.00 and S$ 15.00 flat rate shipping throughout Singapore for 0.1kg to 2.0kg, 2.1 to 5.0kg and 5.1kg to 10.0kg respectively.
Free local delivery (when applicable) via mail is available for all orders within mainland Singapore. For orders to be physically delivered to Sentosa Island, an additional charge $20.00 for local delivery must be paid.
Deliveries are made from 8.00am to 8.00pm from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number provided at checkout to notify you on the day and approximate time of delivery.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within X to X business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 2.00pm on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
For the moment, we offer International Shipping to the following countries.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT / GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Altimate Group Pte Ltd is not and cannot be held responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enquiry@altimate.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Deliveries may not be able to be made to a PO Box (due to the size of the package). The Buyer will therefore be responsible for this possibility and must take note of this.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@altimate.sg with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
