Single Malt Highland Park Distillery Whiskey Hudson’s Bay 15yo Sherry Cask Special Release Liquor Whisky

Distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2004, this extremely rare 15yo dram no longer exists in the worldwide online market.

Aged in Sherry Cask with a hinge of peat, this cask strength dram is a fusion of multi layered flavours that tingles the empirical senses.

The peaty sherry brings a sensation of potent warmth, followed by a wave of apricot, berries, hawthorn, soft green kiwi, wild honeysuckle and caramel from the oak cask.

Full and mellow with a tremendous depth of character and Orcadian complexity, this 15yo Hudson Bay Special Release is a magnificent expression that transcends others.

Only 1,670 bottles of this non-chilled filtered expression were produced and most no longer exist. This bottled is numbered 1452.

This is a non-existent Limited-Edition Special Release Expression bottled many years ago. Hence, a certain amount of the liquid may have given itself up as the "Angels Share," and the cork for such old expressions has the propensity to break which is very normal due to this phenomenon. Thus, the drinker must practice due diligence when opening this liquid gold bottle.

Take note that these expressions are sold in "as is" condition due to their age.
