Founded in 1737, Favre-Leuba is the oldest watchmaking company in Switzerland. The company remained a family business until it was sold off circa 1985 due to the introduction of quartz watches and had changed owners several times until it was acquired in 2011 by the Titan Company which is a joint venture partnership between the Tata Group and TIDCO.

Favre-Leuba had set and expended the boundaries of watchmaking since 1737 and are now at the threshold of continuing this legacy with Titan Company's financial muscle.

Here we have a Favre Leuba Tank F28-100 Quartz in stunning condition.

This beautifully shaped silver case underwent a good clean-up while maintaining its super sexy curves. Most imperfections were removed without compromising the case shape. The original crystal was polished and is in excellent condition.

The signed crown is located at the 3H position and is nicely tucked away yet easily accessible.

The movement is in excellent condition, and the battery was replaced on 28 September 2026. So, it should be able to operate unhindered until the next battery replacement thereby providing the owner peace of mind. The crown is uncorked to preserve the battery life.

The case width and height are approximately 21.0m (w/o crown) and 27.7mm respectively. The lug width is 12mm and the bracelet can accommodate wrists up to 16.8cm; hence, this watch is suitable for the modern women.

The bracelet is a Favre Leuba signed Super Engineer SS Bracelet with folding clasp. It too was given a thorough cleaning and is now in stunning condition.

To the best of our knowledge and expertise when overhauling the timepiece, the watch is 100% original Favre Leuba components from this particular watch. No parts were replaced with aftermarket parts or modified thereby it is considered in excellent condition.

Even though the seals and gaskets are in place, this timepiece has not been water-resistant tested due to its age.

The pictures provided shows the watch in excellent condition and well maintained. It has also been demagnetised to improve parts reliability, minimise wear + tear, and improve accuracy. The only drawback is the lack of documentation and original box. A nice purposeful carrying case or box will be provided instead.
