Here we have the Casio Ladies Quartz, Model L142 with 3D Button Indices on a gold dial, dauphine hands and a black resin case and original Casio Resin Strap with black buckle.

This well preserved black resin case underwent a good clean-up and rub while maintaining its sharp lines and sexy curves. Most imperfections were removed without compromising the case shape. The crystal is original and was given a good rub as well and is also in excellent shape.

The crown is located at its traditional 3H position and is easily accessible.

The movement was carefully stripped, cleaned and given a good servicing, and its dial was meticulously cleaned, its electronic movement cleaned and touched up, demagnetised, and its battery replaced on 22 September 2023. It should be able to operate unhindered until the next battery change thereby providing the owner peace of mind.

The case width and height are approximately 23mm (without crown) and 31.5mm respectively. The lug width is 14mm and the strap can accommodate wrists up to 16cm.

The strap is originally Casio from this watch model. It is constructed from Hi-Quality Flexible Resin. It comes with a black buckle to match the black case. TAKE NOTE: THERE IS A SMALL SUPER GLUE MARK ON THE 5TH BUCKLE HOLE that does not compromise its looks and functionality of the strap. It is mentioned to provide transparency to the potential buyer and the selling price has been adjusted accordingly.

The watch is 100% original Casio components from this particular watch. No parts were replaced with aftermarket parts.

This timepiece has not been water-resistant tested due to its age.

The pictures provided show the watch’s case in excellent condition and well maintained. It has also been demagnetised to improve parts reliability, minimise wear & tear, and improve accuracy. The only drawback is the lack of documentation and original box.

Bear in mind that this watch has seen many of the previous owners’ ups and downs in life, and should be cherished and well taken care of for the next generation to savour such engineering beauty.
